Data storage
In accordance with current regulations, e-massage informs you that the data will be kept for the period strictly necessary for its processing, in accordance with the local regulations in force. For example, in accordance with Belgian law, we are obliged to store payment and invoicing information for a period of 10 years.
Data processing
E-massage informs that it will process the data in a legal, fair, transparent, adequate, relevant, limited, precise and up-to-date manner. This is why e-massage undertakes to take all reasonable measures to ensure that it is deleted or rectified without delay if inaccurate. A member of the e-massage team may contact you by telephone to ensure that the information provided is correct. e-massage will process your data in order to fulfill its contractual obligations to print your order and manage your customer account.
